UbU Clothing offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee every item we sell for 90 days for defects or quality problems.
Not happy with your size, color or style? Just call within 15 days for an exchange or full refund.
To return or exchange an item, please use the following instructions:

Call the UbU returns department at 1-888-228-9828 to receive authorization (call tag, return label or RA#)

Enclose a copy of the original packing list or invoice

Indicate on the packing list whether the shipment is a RETURN or EXCHANGE

Ship the item back to us using whatever shipping method you prefer. You pay the return shipping on the return. If you are exchanging for another item, we will send the exchange to you at no additional cost.
