- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are the accepted forms of payment for ordering products on our website.
- Fraudulent acts will not be tolerated. Anyone caught participating in a fraudulent act will be prosecuted.
Our Shipping Policy is “Short and Simple”:
- Ground Delivery – We pay the shipping on all internet orders!
- 2 Day Air – On orders received by 2pm EST, Monday – Friday. You pay $15 (regardless of the size of your order)
- Next Day – On orders received by 2pm EST, Monday – Friday. You pay $25 (regardless of the size of your order)
It doesn’t get much simpler than that. We know that you want your items as soon as possible; that’s why we do our best to package and ship “In Stock” items within 24 hours of receiving the order. You will be notified if your items are out-of-stock or on back-order.
We ship our orders domestically, using both UPS and Federal Express. Please call us if you have special shipping needs.

To return or exchange an item, please use the following instructions:
- Call the UbU returns department at 1-888-228-9828 to receive authorization (call tag, return label or RA#)
- Enclose a copy of the original packing list or invoice
- Indicate on the packing list whether the shipment is a RETURN or EXCHANGE

Ship the item back to us using whatever shipping method you prefer. You pay the return shipping on the return. If you are exchanging for another item, we will send the exchange to you at no additional cost.
